Toyota is the largest car maker in the world by sales. Toyota offers two models worldwide under the Corolla brand name – one is a hatchback and another is a sedan. So far Toyota has not been able to make a mark in the country with its sedans due to presence of Honda Civic and City. These two models from the rival companies have over shadowed its presence in the country. Toyota sold on 40,000 units of Corolla in five years but now plans to sell 20000 units of Corolla Altis per year.

The new car also offers better aerodynamics with grille, head lamps and fog lamps embedded in the bumper.
Being Toyota the all new 10th generation Corolla is all evolution where the Civic was a barking mad revolution. However it depends on one’s point of view as whether evolution is the preferred taste of the hour or revolution is what is needed to light those latent desires.
