This video explain about the size of the ad unit you use within your site. Google says that to maximize your earning you should use big ad units.  The ad units suggested by Google are

This Video deals with the design of ad units. Design of ad unit means its colour, background color, border, title color, link color etc. Google says that selecting colors that blend with your website is the best to do. You should make visitor feel that the ad unit is a part of your content. Google recommend light border or better no borders.
