Spice Mobiles introduced its latest mobile phone Spice D-88 Gold. The phone is a new edge phone in the dual technology. The phone looks very astonishing and is a flexible phone with a Gold Finish.

The dual SIM facility allows the users to switch simultaneously between GSM and CDMA connections without re-starting the phone. Spice D-88 phone has a FM recording feature that enables the user to record their favorite tracks from radio. The phone comprises of 1.3 MP camera with multi-shot photo mode.

A Gold Finish device also features stereo Bluetooth, Java support that is essential for many games, Panic Button and Remote Control Application. The Remote Control Application allows the users to go through their business presentations effortlessly. The phone can be used as a modem and is equipped with Opera Mini Web browser. The phone comes packed in with an internal memory of 512 MB  and can support external memory up to 2 GB.

Spice launched new mobile phone that is targetting the youth and college students. Spice has rolled out its latest mid level VAS-enabled handset, the S-940 in the Indian market. The newly launched phone that weighs 96 grams has 8 MB of internal memory and a 1GB microSD card expandable up to 2GB.

The major features of the phone are a 2MP camera with flash, music player with dual speakers, stereo Bluetooth, FM, privacy lock, Opera Mini, SMS scheduler, dazzle ringtone and FM (with record and play). The phone’s 1000 mAH battery offers 5 hrs talktime and 350 hrs of standby time. The main highlight of the phone is that it is equipped with ‘e-mail2sms’ service, which is a platform that provides e-mails as an SMS to the inbox, and social networking platform ibibo’s New Friend Finder.

The mobile phone is now available at a price of Rs. 5,999 in the Indian market.
