Toshiba launched two new notebooks-NB100 and Satellite A350.With these notebooks,toshiba is expanding integrated Mobile Broadband into its consumer notebook range The updated NB100 and A350 gets embedded support for HSPA wireless broadband offering data rates of up to 7.2 Mbps in the downlink and up to 2.0 Mbps in the uplink.
Toshiba’s NB100 is the company’s netbook model powered by Intel Atom 1.6Ghz processor. It comes with a 1GB of memory and a 8.9-inch display.Toshiba Satellite A350 series is powered by Intel’s Core 2 Duo processors, up to 4GB of RAM and up to 320GB hard drive. It has either integrated Intel GMA 4500MHD or ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 graphics.
Toshiba NB100 and Satellite A350 will be available throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa in Q1 2009.There is no reports about the price of the notebooks.
