In simple the answer to this question is that Google Wave is an entirely new product going to hit the web by the end of this year. Google ewave is a new way for communicating with our friends and family. currently we use E-Mails, Instant Messaging, Blogs, Social Networks etc.. to do the same purpose.
Then what is new in Google Wave?
Even though Google Wave is enterily new concept, for the ease of understanding it we can compare it with E-mail. Infact we can say that Google Wave is a new generationg E-mail. Much more advanced features are available in Google Wave. Google Wave is open source. So Google has invited selected developers all over the world to contribute to it. Google also did a developers preview for Google Wave at Google I/O 2009. In that preview the main features of this amazing product is explained. Here is the video.
